PET/PE/PS/PVC bottle 2 piece of food grade induction seal liner
 is composed of aluminum foil sealing film and backing. After sealing, the backing stays in the cover and aluminum foil sealing film is sealed on the bottle mouth.

Sealing effect is very good, customer need to puncture the sealing film from the middle of the film to use the product.Widely use for the food , medicine,health care products,and the toy industry .
 

The general backing :

1.Pulp cardboard backing.
The total thickness of the product is: 0.6mm and 1.0mm

2.Foam backing
The total thickness of the product is 1.0mm, 1.5mm can be customized

Usage:
1. Insert the seal liner flat in the cap bottom, the backing face to back bottom.
2. Screw the cap tightly to the top of the filled bottle
3. Sealing it through the induction sealing machine.


After use the induction seal, the foil seal is sealed on the mouth of the bottle.The backing stay in the cap bottom.
Customer see silvery seal film after opened cap . If you want custom your brand logo ,can print on this side.
